Mixed Berry Smoothie

Do your kids snack throughout the day? Do they come in from outside “starving”? Sometimes it’s hard to find healthy snacks to eat throughout the day.  Smoothies are a great option for when you are craving a snack between meals. It’s a healthy way to fill your belly and get all your nutrition in for the day. There are over a hundred different combinations of fruits and veggies you can throw together to make a tasty smoothie, but this one is one of our favorites and we hope you enjoy it too!


  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative

  • 1 small continer vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and blueberries

  • 1 peeled banana

  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • Add all the above ingredients into a blender.

  • Depending on how smooth you want your smoothie, let it mix on a medium setting and then pulse until you get the consistency you desire.

  • Pour into cups and serve immediately for best tasting results.
