Over The MoonOver the MoonOn May 30, 2020, NASA launched rocket SpaceX into space.Let’s make rockets in honor of the astronauts that went into space!Supplies NeededCardboard tubes: paper towel rolls or toilet paper rollsPlastic eggMarkersWooden clothespinsTissue paperDirectionsFirst, gather all of your materials. Take whichever tube you would like to use and decorate it with markers. If you are wanting to be more creative, stickers are a fun way to add a little pizzazz. Now that your rocket is decorated, it’s time to build your rocket and get it ready for take off!Insert the plastic egg at the top of the rocket.Using scissors, cut up tissue paper and tape it to the bottom of the rocket, giving it an illusion that it is taking off. Finally, take three clothes pins and attach them to the bottom to make the rocket boosters, and enabling it to stand on its own.Your rocket is ready for take off! … Or, at least look really cool anyway. 😉 Your kids can use the rocket to hold their cute toys and launch them into space!ORIGINAL CONTENTThis idea was originally found on The Kindergarten Connection’s blog.https://thekindergartenconnection.comSee the Original Post HereVisit our Pinterest page for this and tons of other fun Craft Ideas!More Great Ideas Liz Clark2021-06-14T23:19:37+00:00 Related Posts Solar S’mores Gallery Solar S’mores DIY World’s Best Dad Trophy Gallery DIY World’s Best Dad Trophy How to make Ice Cream in a Bag Gallery How to make Ice Cream in a Bag Super Easy Pipe Cleaner Bubble Wand Gallery Super Easy Pipe Cleaner Bubble Wand Share the Love Winners!
