Donna Abrams
Center Director

Donna graduated from BYU with a degree in Family & Consumer Science. She has 6 children and 21 grandchildren. She has worked in early childhood education for over 25 years, beginning with her own in-home preschool. She went on to work with Head Start for 20 years and has been a center director in child care for the past 5 years. Working with young children and watching them grow and develop is one of her greatest passions. She loves working with children and families and providing an environment where children are safe and nurtured.

Miss Kara
Asst Director

Miss Kara has worked in the childcare industry since she was 19 years old. She knew immediately that working with young children is where her heart belongs. She has been a teacher of various ages as well as an Assistant Director. She is excited to be able to offer support to the teachers and parents of Small World.

Miss Tanisha
Asst Director

Miss Tanisha has been working in childcare for 2 years. She obtained her CDA in January 2024. She has worked with children of all ages. She loves working with children and their families. She is excited to provide a nurturing and structured environment for the families and teachers of Small World. Miss Tanisha has 2 boys of her own, whom she enjoys taking fishing, camping and spending time together.

Miss Kallie
Executive Administrator

Miss Kallie joined our team as an Office Administrator in August of 2022. She is very detail oriented and has an extensive administrative background. She excels at organization and problem solving.

She assists with the finances and all office administrative needs for Small World. She works hand in hand with our Center Directors to ensure that all of the center’s needs are met.
