Sherbet Punch

Summer time leaves us searching for any and every way to cool off; whether it’s going for a swim, playing with the hose, or drinking ice cold water.  But how about cooling off with a tasty treat with your favorite flavor of sherbet? This recipe is perfect for kids playing in the backyard, for a birthday party, or a simple treat throughout the day.

  • 2 – 48 oz containers of Raspberry Sherbet

  • 2 – 2 liter bottles of Sprite or Ginger Ale

  • 1 – 48 oz bottle of White Grape & Cherry Juice

  • In a large punch bowl, combine 1 container of sherbet and juice.

  • Slowly add 1 of the 2-liter bottles of soda and stir.

  • As the punch begins to melt, use an ice cream scoop to add in the other container of sherbet and 2 liter of soda as needed.

  • Try mixing it up with different flavors such as lime, cherry, or orange.

  • This recipe can easily be doubled or cut in half by simply doubling or splitting in half the ingredients.
