Summer is on its way! What a better way to cool off than with a healthy Popsicle that can add a smile to your day?

Here is a list of different combinations to try or feel free to add your own spin on things.

With this recipe, it is recommended to use a Popsicle mold tray, but if you don’t have one you can also use an ice cube tray or mini Dixie cups.


  • blueberries

  • strawberries

  • kiwi

  • bananas

  • pineapple

  • or any other favorite fruit

  • apple juice

  • Popsicle sticks

  • Popsicle mold or small Dixie cups


  • Cut fruit into tiny pieces.

  • Add the fruit to the Popsicle mold or cup.

  • Add apple juice and a Popsicle stick.

  • Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy.
