Smoothies are a great way to get that extra boost of energy throughout the day. These different combinations are delicious and your kids will enjoy them too. Banana Oatmeal Smoothie Ingredients
2 ripened bananas
1/3 cup Greek lowfat honey yogurt
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup almonds
2 cups ice

Mango/Banana/Blueberry Smoothie Ingredients
2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup blueberries
1 cup ice
1/2 cup spinach, loosely packed

Peach Pie Smoothie Ingredients
3/4 cup almond milk
2 peaches, chilled and sliced
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain Greek lowfat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 cup crushed ice
Add all the above ingredients into a blender.
Depending on how smooth you want your smoothie, let it mix on a medium setting and then pulse until you get the consistency you desire.
Pour into cups and serve immediately for best tasting results.
