We want to thank our amazing families for your cooperation, support and open communication during this unprecedented time.
Here are a few important updates that we want you to be aware of:
Updated Alert Status
Governor Herbert announced today that he will be changing Utah’s alert status from RED (High) to ORANGE (Moderate) as of May 1. This will allow many of our parents to return to work and resume their childcare services. Under this revised status, licensing regulations will continue to limit smaller group sizes in each classroom which will require us to plan out our center spacing based an estimated attendance. For some age groups, this will limit how many children we will be permitted to accept until the alert status is brought back to GREEN (Low).
If you have not already done so, please connect with our management team via phone or email to let us know if your children will be attending during the month of May, and more specifically beginning the week of May 4.
This will help us ensure accurate billing and proper coordination with our staffing requirements. Your continued open communication will help us make our best efforts to operate our program at the highest level of service to our families.
If you are planning to have your school age children attend summer camp, and have still not yet reserved your spot, you will need to do so ASAP. Summer camp spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Resumed Operating Hours
Based on expected attendance, it is our intent to resume our regular operating hours of 6 am – 7 pm on May 11. We will send out another confirmation of this change the week prior so that you may plan appropriately.
