  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ¼ cup ground flax seed

  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup raisins

  • 1 cup dairy free milk

  • 1 cup blackberry jam

  • 1 cup peanut butter


  • In a blender, blend together the peanut butter, rolled oats, flax seed, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla.

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Lay out all contents from your blender evenly.

  • Pour the yogurt over the base of the bar. Pour blackberry jam over the yogurt. Take a knife and swirl them together.

  • Freeze for about 1 hour and cut.
