Miss Rachel is the newest member of our management team. We are so lucky that she has joined our team. She is a team player and is willing to help wherever she is needed. Miss Rachel is in charge of enrollment and does an impeccable job at keeping our waiting lists organized and classroom lists up to date. She maintains communication through phone and email and ensures all questions are answered in a timely manner. Miss Rachel also offers amazing support for our staff; if they need a bathroom break, extra help, or filling in for any reason she jumps right in to be there! Miss Rachel has one of the happiest dispositions in the building. She greets our families with a big smile and a “Hello” as they come in to the center. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, we know that she will be here to help the day run smoother and happier. We are so glad that she wants to spend her afternoons with us and add some sparkle to our team!

When Lillian joined our Small World staff in September of 2016 as our School Age Bus Driver, We didn’t know how lucky we were to hire such a wonderful staff member. Since that day, every day, Lillian reminds us of that fact.

She is the happiest, most enthusiastic, dependable person. Her energy is infectious and her patience is un-matched.
