Fabiola Briceno
Center Director
Miss Fabiola is a bilingual childcare professional with a passion for early education and leadership. Originally from Venezuela, she studied administration before moving to Utah in 2014. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the childcare field. Her experience as a preschool teacher sparked a deep love for early learning and a belief in the positive impact quality care can have on children and their families.
She has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) and National Childcare Administration Credential, reflecting her dedication to growth and excellence in her field. At home, Miss Fabiola is a proud mom of two boys. She cherishes spending time with her family of four, making memories and enjoying life together.
Miss Emily
Assistant Director
Miss Emily has been dedicated to working with children since 2017, bringing warmth, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education to every role she’s held. The majority of her experience comes from her years at Small World Child Care, where she has grown both personally and professionally as a nurturing and dependable teacher.
Now stepping into her role as Assistant Director, Miss Emily is thrilled to expand her impact within the center. She looks forward to building strong relationships with families, supporting her fellow educators, and fostering a caring, inclusive environment where children can flourish. With a heart for service and a deep commitment to her work, she is eager to offer comfort, encouragement, and thoughtful guidance to the entire Small World community.
Sara Bahr
Assistant Director
Sara began her career in childcare shortly after graduating high school in 2018, inspired by her late aunt who lovingly raised Sara and her siblings. What started as a way to honor her aunt’s legacy quickly turned into a true passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
With a nurturing spirit and a genuine love for early childhood development, Sara is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Outside of work, she’s a proud wife and mother to two precious little girls, who continue to inspire her every day. In her new role, Sara hopes to build strong relationships with families, support the teachers, and help create a warm, inclusive community where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
